•    Beetroot, Feta & Spicy Chorizo Salad 
        drizzled with a herb dressing
•    Chicken Liver & Heather Honey Pate
        with a tangy chutney &  served with toasted bread
•    Sweet Summer Pear 
        grilled pear topped with a melting blue cheese
•    Roasted Basil Tomatoes topped with melting blue cheese
        with olive oil & served with pitta bread
•    Haddock & Spring Onion Fishcake 
        served on a lemon rocket with a homemade tatar sauce

Main Courses

•    Welsh Sirloin Steak with a Garlic Soy sauce & fresh Chilli dressing 
        cooked medium & served on a bed of mixed leaf salad ( a bit fiery)
•    Buttered Chicken & Warm Mozzarella                                                                  with crispy beans & a redcurrant glaze
•    Fillet of Plaice, lightly breaded
        with a sweet pea puree & homemade tartar sauce
•    Grilled Gammon & garlic mushrooms
        topped with melting welsh chesses 
•    Warm Chicken Caesar Salad  
        with crispy bacon, croutons & a creamy dressing 
•    Welsh Lamb chops with Rosemary & Mint sauce
        served on a bed of sauteed buttered mushrooms
•    Grilled Salmon with Lime, Herb & Cream glaze
        served on crushed new potatoes topped with parmesan shavings                 •    Grilled Chicken Breast
        with a honey & balsamic dressing on a bed of sliced herbed tomatoes
•    Baked Ham glazed with herb butter
        topped with a poached egg & Creamy leeks

All main courses are served with either new potatoes or
twice fried chunky chips
