                    served with a spicy salsa dip

                    creamed leeks topped with a poached egg & black pepper  

          •    Beetroot, Feta & Chorizo Salad
                    drizzled with a herb dressing

Main Courses

          •    Welsh Sirloin Steak with a garlic, soy & chilli dressing
                    the steak is cooked medium & served on a bed of salad                                      (a bit fiery) - (£1.00 extra)

          •    Welsh Lamb Chops  
                    grilled lamb chops, topped with rosemary, cranberry jelly                                    & mint glaze - (£1.00 extra)
                            
          •    Buttered Chicken & King Prawns    
                    glazed with a red curry & garlic cream dressing - (£1.00 extra)
                            
          •    Salmon with a Caribbean butter
                    served with organic beans
