Cancellation Policy
We strongly advise all guests making reservations and paying a deposit, to insure against cancellation, using a reputable insurer, and to check the insurers terms and conditions.
Any deposit paid to secure a reservation is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
If no deposit is taken then the first nights accommodation is chargeable. Additional cancellation charges will be levied as follows: • 4 weeks+ notice - no additional charge 1-4 weeks notice- 25% of total amount payable • 2-7 days notice - 50% of total amount payable • 0-2 days notice - 100% of total amount payable Any guests checking out and departing earlier than initially booked, will be charged for the full duration of their booking. • Any Evening Meals booked will not be charged for. Charges may be waived in exceptional circumstances and always at the proprietor's discretion. Having received this policy, if guests wish to cancel a booking immediately, please do so in writing within 3 days of either making the booking or receipt of a confirmation letter or email, if applicable. Otherwise the proprietors will assume the guests fully accepts these terms. Any guests checking out and departing earlier than initially booked, will be charged in full. Any cancellation must be communicated by telephone and confirmed in writing to the proprietors. Thank you
The Proprietors can accept no responsibility for any excess charges levied by 3rd party insurers nor can these amounts be deducted from the above charges.
